For safety reasons, food items and certain pharmacy items can never be returned for any reason. We cannot accept returns after 14 days from the received date.
Products must be in saleable condition and not in opened packages. Non-food merchandise may be returned after receiving authorisation from Sachets and More to do so. Delivery is to be paid by Sachets and More or the customer depending on the reason for the return.
Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorisation.
We will then give you a returns authorisation number and the address you need to send the item to.
You’ll need to package the item securely and include:
- Your order number;
- The returns authorisation number;
- Whether a replacement or refund is needed;
- The reason why you are returning the item.
Goods returned should be in their original condition and packaging in which they arrived, along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip.
Please remember to ask the post office for a receipt which you should keep as proof of sending until you have received your replacement or refund.
We make every effort to provide quality products but can only refund postage costs if we sent you the wrong item or if the item was faulty. We cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.
Once received items will be checked and refunds on goods and postage arranged where applicable. Refunds/exchanges will only be offered on items that are faulty, and were clearly so at the time at which they were dispatched.
Also please be aware that we cannot be held responsible and provide refunds/exchanges on stock affected by circumstances beyond our control. Such as damage by third parties and goods being stored during transit in climatic conditions, such as extremes of temperature that can affect some items.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
